New Stampers/Scrappers Clubs Forming Now

I have new clubs forming now. I will have nighttime scrappers and stampers club at my home in Mt Juliet, TN. In addition, I will have a nighttime stampers club in Hendersonville, TN and possibly a daytime club in Gallatin, TN. If these are in your area and you are interested in a fun girls night out each month, contact me to save your spot.

Here are the guidelines for my clubs:

Stampers club guidelines: For the stampers club we will make 8 cards each month, (2 of 4 different designs) so you will have a nice variety of cards on hand. I will cover different stamping techniques and use new products on a monthly basis. Each club member will order $20 in product and pay a $5 supply fee each month. The hostess benefits will rotate throughout members. We will draw for hostess months at the beginning of the club. I will need 8 members to start the club. Invite your friends.

Scrappers club guidelines: We will make 2 2-page 12x12 layouts each month. Each club member will order $20 per month in product and pay a $5 supply fee. The hostess benefits will rotate throughout members and we will draw for hostess months at the beginning of the club. I will need 8 members to start the club. Invite your friends.

One additional guideline I am establishing for both clubs is that I will need to keep a credit card number on file for each member. If you miss a meeting and I do not receive your order within 4 days of that meeting, (I usually send at least two emails, one reminding you of the meeting and then one asking for the order), I will charge a basic order to your card for you. The basic order will include Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack for in-colors $19.95 and a classic stampin’ pad in Peach Parfait $5.95 totaling $25.90 before tax and shipping. This will streamline the ordering process and ensure that all members get their orders in a timely manner. I love having my monthly “girls” come stamp with me and I am looking forward to starting the clubs in January.

If you or your friends are interested in starting a monthly stampers club or scrappers club in your area near Middle Tennessee, please contact me.

12 Weeks of Christmas Crafting - Week 12

I hope that you have enjoyed seeing the 12 Weeks of Christmas Crafting and gotten some good ideas and fun projects to do during this season.  Here is the last one.

Images ©  Stampin' Up!

This one is made from lots of items from the Holiday Mini.  Here are your supplies:

Bells & Boughs Stamp Set #120831, $19.95 wood mount, 121142, $14.95 clear mount
Waffle paper, #120984, $9.95
1/2" seam binding cherry cobbler, #120992, $6.95
Extra Large Decorative Label punch, #120907, $16.95
Soft Suede cardstock and ink
Very Vanilla cardstock
Cherry Cobbler cardstock
Designer Series Paper Deck the Halls #120810, $9.95
Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch, #119275, $15.95
Vintage Wallpaper textured impressions folder, #120175, $7.95

Cut a piece of soft suede paper into 3" x 5 1/2" piece and run it through the big shot using the vintage wallpaper impressions folder.  Cut off the right side top corner and flip it over and use it as a template on the left side to cut that corner off too.  Then stamp your poinsetta image onto the vanilla paper and cut it to fit your tag, punch a dotted scallop piece from cherry cobbler and cut it in to and adhere it behind the vanilla. Color in your poinsettas.  You can also add some glitter or rhinestones for a little shine.  Cut your waffle paper and crinkle it up and add it under the poinsetta piece.  Now cut a strip of DSP Deck the Halls and layer it on to your tag piece, a punched decorative label, cut in half at the top and bottom of where the poinsetta decoration will be and then add the poinsetta decoration.  Hole punch the top of the tag and tie some binding into the top for a hanger.  These tags can be really extravagant.  For another vintage tag idea, see this link on my website.   Have a beautiful, craft filled holiday!!!

New Stampers and Scrappers Club Starting in January

If you are in the Nashville, TN or surrounding area you might be interested in these monthly clubs:

The new monthly stampers and scrappers clubs will restart in January. If you are interested in reserving your spot, please email me. I will set the dates according to member preferences. Monday nights seem to be popular but please let me know what works for you. I will also consider adding daytime clubs if enough people are interested. It is a great monthly girls night out and we have a lot of fun at the clubs, not to mention that you always have great cards and scrapbook pages on-hand to use.

Here are the club guidelines: For the stampers club we will make 8 cards each month, (2 of 4 different designs) so you will have a nice variety of cards on hand. I will cover different stamping techniques and use new products on a monthly basis. Each club member will order $20 in product and pay a $5 supply fee each month. The hostess benefits will rotate throughout members and we will draw for hostess months at the beginning of the club. I will need 8 members to start the club. Invite your friends.

The scrappers club will work in a similar fashion. We will make 2 2-page 12x12 layouts each month and I will cover different scrapping techniques. Each club member will order $20 per month in product and pay a $5 supply fee. The hostess benefits will rotate throughout members and we will draw for hostess months at the beginning of the club. I will need 8 members to start the club. Invite your friends.

One additional guideline I am establishing this time, is that I will need to keep a credit card number on file for each member. If you miss a meeting and I do not receive your order within 4 days of that meeting, (I usually send at least two emails, one reminding you of the meeting and then one asking for the order), I will charge a basic order to your card for you. The basic order will include Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack in in-colors $19.95 and a classic stampin’ pad in Peach Parfait $5.95 totaling $25.90 before tax and shipping. Hopefully this will streamline the ordering process and ensure that all members get their orders in a timely manner. I love having my monthly “girls” come stamp with me and I am looking forward to starting the clubs in January. I hope to hear from you soon!

Gingerbread man tag
How cute is this little gift tag?  I know we all need them this time of year so here is an easy one.

This one uses the Big shot die cut machine to create the tag. You will need:

Northern Flurry Textured impressions folder #120902, $7.95
Got Treats Stamp Set #119114 $24.95 wood mount, #120627 $17.95 clear mount

Short & Sweet stamp set #115060, $17.95
Teeny Tiny Wishes #115370, $36.95
Early Express Marker #119680, $3.50

Run your Crumb Cake cardstock through the big shot using the two tags die to make your tag.  Leave it folded out.  Run your tag through using the impressions folder and sponge a little white ink onto the snowflakes to make them pop.  Then run whisper white cardstock through using the northern frost strip and use one of the snowflakes to decorate your tag.  You can add a bit of sparkle with a rhinestone jewel #119246, $4.95 in the middle of the snowflake.  Then stamp your gingerbread man on whisper white and punch out with the smaller circle then punch a 1 3/8" circle from early expresso.  Layer onto the tag.  Then stamp your sentiments using the marker instead of ink so that you can ink only the words you want to use on the stamp.  Add your ribbon at the top and you have a lovely little tag.  Have fun!

Here are some of the inside pages created with the Christmas Cheer Simply Scrappin' kit. I shamelessly copied these ideas from my upline, Julie Salva.  Thanks Julie!

Ok, so this is not a scrapbook page and she is not for sale, but my cat, Meeko, decided that after I finished taking photos, she would try out the photo set up area as a bathing area.  Nice huh?

Alright and here is a picture of my stamped  candle created using the Scenic Season stamp set.

Here is a picture of the wine bottle gift tags.
And here is a picture of my stamped tiles using Stazon ink.
